The communication platform Pointchamp supports us in our cooperation. It is used for faster and better internal communication and to streamline work processes. In the Kamp Hotels Academy, which has been established since 2015, not only the trainees but also our specialists and managers receive structured training and further education at an extended technical and general educational level. At more than 20 regional partner companies from retail, leisure, sport and lifestyle, employees receive exclusive benefits by presenting the digital „Pointcard“. The „Champ of the Month“ chosen by the colleagues gets a cinema voucher, the „Champ of the Year“ even a sponsored holiday including pocket money.
True to the motto „Sport keeps you young and increases mental fitness„, all employees can benefit from special conditions in the nearby fitness studio and also take advantage of the free in-house courses (yoga & aqua fitness). If desired, our employees can also lease a trendy MINI with a „Strandhotel“ or „Bistro Kamp’s“ look at low cost. In addition to classic petrol engines, more environmentally friendly hybrids or fully electric vehicles are also available. In addition, a large number of points can be collected with the digital reward system „my points“ according to sophisticated parameters, e.g. B. for suggesting operational improvements or by actively participating in the training courses.

The training of young people is also a matter close to our hearts! We have been an innovative and successful training company for decades and are one of the top DEHOGA training companies. We offer 3-year education in hotel, restaurant and kitchen. Some training courses can also be completed in a shortened, 2-year version. School or orientation internships are always possible on request!
