can be found in our 600sqm wellness area LEVITAS WELLSPA. Treat yourself to a break in our spacious sauna landscape with aquavital zone. In the large Finnish sauna you can sweat and relax at a temperature of 90°C. Please pay attention to the dates of the professional steam infusions.
The bio-sauna – also called sanarium – is pleasant 60°C warm and relaxes the entire musculature. With natural aromas, high humidity and a temperature of 40°C, the steam bath awaits you. It activates the respiratory tract, cleanses the skin and relaxes body and senses. Chill out afterwards in the relaxation area with fireplace or on the balcony in the fresh North Sea air.
In the large, light-flooded hotel bathroom (6 x 13 m, 28°C, counter-current system) with whirlpool area (33°C) you will not only be able to relax wonderfully, but also swim in long lanes. Afterwards relax on the sunroof terrace “Skylounge”.
Or work out on the 6th floor above the roofs of Duhnen at modern fitness equipment (Technogym Cycle, Elliptical and Bike incl. individual case kit). There is also enough space for your personal yoga or gymnastics exercises. Our proven aqua fitness offer starts on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. in the Levitas Wellspa.
