Sustainable and environmentally conscious action has become an indispensable part of modern operations management. That’s why we take this responsibility and have successfully participated in the “DEHOGA Environmental Check”.
The “DEHOGA Environmental Check” critically reviews the areas of energy and water consumption, waste generation and residual waste, as well as the use of authentic food by regional producers. For each rating category, differentiated thresholds and requirements are set for the respective award levels bronze, silver and gold. The individual peculiarities of the company to be assessed are taken into consideration in this context.
