So much fresh air makes you hungry? Then set course for our gastronomic diversity! Our offer ranges from fine dining in Cuxhaven to pub atmosphere on the Duhner beach promenade.
Regional “Fine Dining” is promised at our Restaurant “Vier Jahreszeiten”. Your day at Strandhotel Duhnen begins with a rich breakfast buffet and a view of the Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site. With half board you can choose between daily changing main courses, e.g. seafood specialities, wellness and vegetarian dishes (incl. salad). The philosophy of our cuisine is based on dishes from fresh, seasonal products of the region and our kitchen crew under the direction of Jasper Wesch will serve you fine creations. Our kitchen is open from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Bon appétit!
See and be seen at the Duhner Promenade and enjoy delicious snacks as well as tasty bistro dishes in a casual atmosphere – our Scene-Bistro “Kamp’s” with its modern lounge ambience is the perfect tip for a small, fine appetite. We serve selected wines, freshly tapped beer, cool cocktails or a glass of champagne. Have a great time!
We say welcome, bienvenue and moin in the stylish bar lounge ambience of our Lido Bar, where you can enjoy your aperitif, cocktail, fancy drink, delicious cocktail or a nice malt whiskey from 5 pm on. Our experienced barkeeper will also be happy to help you with your personal cocktail request. Nice to meet you!
Probably the most famous pirate is the name-giver of our beer pub “Zum Störtebeker”, which is situated directly below sea level. In maritime surroundings, in the stream of a sailing schooner, we serve you daily from 6 pm (Saturday from 3 pm SKY Bundesliga conference) cold Pilsner, Kölsch or Guiness in a cosy round, with a game of billiards, darts or table football.
